At StayStick, we aim to provide you with premium quality stickers and a hassle-free shopping experience. If your return request is approved, refunds will be issued according to the following terms:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are applicable only to items that qualify under our Return Policy.
  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized/personalized stickers.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@staystick.com and we will assist you.

5. Exchanges

  • We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.
