Refund policy
We stand behind every product we make. If something goes wrong on our end, we'll make it right.
1. Policy Overview
StayStick manufactures custom skins, premium stickers, and printed packaging. Because the majority of our products are made to order — cut, printed, and finished specifically for you — our refund and return policy differs based on whether you ordered a customized product or a standard product.
- Customized products (custom skins, stickers, printed boxes) — Non-refundable once production begins
- Standard products — Eligible for return within 7 days (unopened, undamaged, original packaging)
- Defective or wrong item — Free replacement (report within 24 hours of delivery)
- Transit damage — Replacement or refund (report within 4 hours with unboxing video)
2. Custom & Personalized Products
Custom skins, personalized stickers, custom-printed packaging, and any product made to your specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started. Each product is manufactured exclusively for your order and cannot be resold or reused.
Important: Once a custom order enters production, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded — regardless of the reason, including a change of mind, wrong model selected, or colour expectations not met.
We will issue a free replacement for custom products only in the following verified situations:
- The item was physically damaged during shipping (verified with unboxing video evidence)
- The printed design does not match the artwork or logo you submitted to us
- StayStick shipped the wrong product (wrong model or wrong size)
- We fail to ship the order entirely
- Your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners
In all the above cases, please report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the shipment with clear photographs and/or video evidence. Claims reported after this window cannot be processed.
3. Standard (Non-Customized) Products
Standard products are items that do not involve any personalized printing or custom manufacturing — for example, watch accessories, TWS covers, cable protectors, and other non-printed accessories.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be returned within 7 days of receiving the shipment
- Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
- A return convenience fee of ₹120 per item will be deducted from the refund
- Refunds are issued as store credit or gift card only
What Is Not Eligible for Return
- Minor colour variation between product images and the physical item — screen colours are representative only
- Product does not meet personal aesthetic expectations after delivery
- Item has been opened, used, or is not in original packaging
- Return request submitted after 7 days of delivery
Exchange Policy
You may exchange a standard product once it is returned to us in good, unused condition. An exchange processing fee of ₹150–₹250 applies depending on the product type. The exchange item is shipped after receipt of your returned product and payment of the exchange fee. If the exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.
4. Defective Skins & Covers
We perform quality checks on every product before dispatch. However, if your skin or cover arrives with a manufacturing defect — such as a fitting issue, print defect, glue problem, or cut misalignment — we will replace it at no cost to you.
How to Report a Defect

- Include your order number in the subject line
- Attach clear photographs or a short video showing the defect clearly
- Our team will review and respond within 24 business hours
- Once verified, a replacement will be dispatched at no extra charge
Skin fitting note: The fit and finish of a skin depends heavily on correct application as per the instructions provided in your package. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect self-application. Contact our team if you need guidance.
Device-specific disclaimer: Certain devices — such as specific Google Pixel models — are known to lose surface colour when a skin is applied due to the device's own coating. StayStick is not responsible for any device-level colour changes caused by the nature of the device itself.
5. Damaged in Transit
We take great care in packaging every order for safe transport. In the rare event that your order arrives physically damaged due to mishandling in transit, please follow the steps below immediately.
- Report within 4 hours of delivery — email support@staystick.com or WhatsApp +91 91044 13755 with your order number
- Share multiple clear photographs and an unboxing video of the package — the video must show the outer packaging before opening
- Do not open or use the product until you receive instructions from our team
- Our team will coordinate with the logistics partner and initiate a transit damage claim if applicable
- Upon approval of the claim, a replacement or refund will be arranged within 7–10 working days
Please note: Damage must be reported within 4 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this window, or without photo/video evidence, cannot be entertained.
6. Cancellation Policy
Custom / Personalized Products
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as production begins immediately. Please double-check your device model, design, and specifications carefully before completing your purchase.
Standard Products — Before Shipment
- Within 2 hours of placing the order: Full cancellation — store credit refund issued
- After 2 hours, before dispatch: Cancellation accepted with a processing fee of ₹150 deducted from the refund
- After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible — wait for delivery and then initiate a return
To cancel, email support@staystick.com or WhatsApp +91 91044 13755 immediately with your order number. Orders are typically processed within 1 working day, so act quickly.
Design or Size Change Requests
If your order has not yet been dispatched, you may request a change in product size, colour, or design by contacting us. Once an order has shipped, a return shipping fee of ₹200 per item will apply for any changes.
Refused Delivery
If you refuse to accept your delivery at the door without a valid reason, you will be liable for courier return-to-origin (RTO) charges of ₹200. These will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Refund Eligibility for Cancellations
Refunds on cancellations will only be considered in the following situations:
- You do not receive delivery within 30 days of the order date (India)
- StayStick fails to ship the product
- Your delivery location is not serviceable by our courier partners
Note: No refund will be issued for packages returned without prior written confirmation from our team.
7. Refund Timeline & Mode
- Standard return refund: 1–2 business days after item is received and inspected
- Transit damage claim refund: 7–10 working days after claim approval
- Cancellation refund: 2–3 business days after cancellation is confirmed
- Refund mode: Store credit or gift card only — no cash refunds or bank transfers
8. International Orders
StayStick ships internationally to customers across the US, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, Canada, and other countries. Please read the following before placing an international order:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and government levies at the destination country are entirely the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product price or shipping fee
- StayStick will not reimburse customs charges under any circumstances
- International delivery timelines vary by country and may be affected by local customs processing — delays due to customs clearance are outside our control
- If an international order is undeliverable due to incorrect address, customs rejection, or refusal by the recipient, no refund will be provided on shipping costs
- Return shipping for international orders is entirely at the buyer's cost
9. Print & Size Tolerances
All StayStick products follow standard industry tolerances. The following variations are considered normal and do not qualify for returns or refunds:
- Colour variation: Minor shade differences between what you see on screen and the physical product — screen colour rendering varies across devices
- Size tolerance: A deviation of ±3 mm in skin and packaging dimensions is within acceptable manufacturing tolerance
- Mockup disclaimer: Product images on our website are representative mockups covering 500+ device models — the actual product may differ slightly for specific device variants
10. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@staystick.com or WhatsApp +91 91044 13755 with your order number and reason for return, along with photographs of the item and packaging
- Our team will review your request within 24 business hours and, if approved, issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
- Securely pack the item along with the RMA number and a copy of your original invoice
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our team — do not ship before receiving the return address
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed
Important: Returns sent without a confirmed RMA number will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Storage Guidelines (Packaging Products)
Corrugated and cardboard packaging products are sensitive to humidity and environmental conditions. For best quality, use within a few weeks of delivery. If storing for longer, keep in a humidity-controlled environment below 70% relative humidity. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for damage caused by improper or long-term storage.
