Order Processing
Most orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 1–2 working days after order confirmation.
- Standard Sticker Orders: 1–2 Working Days
- Custom Sticker Orders: 2–4 Working Days
- Custom Packaging Orders: Production begins after artwork approval and may require additional manufacturing time.
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Domestic Delivery (India)
StayStick delivers to thousands of serviceable PIN codes across India.
- Metro Cities: 2–5 Working Days
- Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 Working Days
- Remote Areas: 4–8 Working Days

International Shipping
StayStick also ships internationally through trusted courier partners.
Delivery timelines vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, and local courier operations.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or government charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Remote Area Delivery (ODA)
Certain remote locations may fall under Out of Delivery Area (ODA) zones as defined by courier partners.
For such locations, additional shipping charges or extended delivery timelines may apply.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, customs inspections, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Such delays do not qualify for cancellation, compensation, or refunds.
Damaged Shipment
If your shipment arrives damaged, tampered with, or in unsatisfactory condition, please record a complete unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
